"THIS RETAILER DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN OPENED...EVEN IF IT IS STILL IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. This means that if you purchased something that was the wrong size...you could not return it! Or in my case...if you do not like something that came in a box (THE GEEK BOX)...too bad...you opened the box to see what was inside...you're stuck with it. (How are you supposed to know that the item inside the box is something you want to keep or return before you open it !?!) The GEEK BOX, also, their big seller...is made with components that are not worth the price! It's cheap stuff, if you can get it for $10 or less I would pay for it. Also...the customer service is terrible. I was accidentally hung up on once and then sent to the supervisor, of which there is apparently only one, and he told me that the only thing I could do was to WRITE the CEO...whom he mentioned is a very nice lady apparently.
