"We were living in Chicago so we shopped at your store often. We now live in Ohio and our online experience is less satisfying. I shopped for my grandchildren this year and found presents that I believe will meet expectations. However, I did not receive confirmation from you regarding the shipping of my order. I had to call to get some estimate of when the order would be shipped. Your call center did follow thru but there was a lack of confidence and I thought over all to be competitive you need to up your online game. Just my two cents. We are very glad for Marbles as an option for our shopping.
