"First time purchasing something online at Marbles. There is nothing to complain about. Prompt email communications, prompt delivery even during the holiday and items packaged well. Even though this was an online order I did have the opportunity to talk with a store employee as well. I ordered some hand held puzzle ball games. Something similar to a rubix cube but round. They have 5 different ones rated on a scale of 1 to 5 for difficulty. I was purchasing for kids of different ages so I called to ask what levels would be for what appropriate age. The sales girl was very kind and explained what her own experience has been trying to solve each of them and then also shared what she has observed in the store with customers playing and purchasing them. Her comments where very helpful in determining which one to buy for each kids. All in all a great experience and definitely will purchase in the future with Marbles."
