"First I purchased a Canadian URL and because I've always been a Canadian customer of yours and my Canadian citizenship can't be taken away from me even as a British subject is good for life, I still had to prove our Canadian all over again which is pretty frustrating to let you know. Anyway I'm not going to go into that is too long of a story but next I wanted to get some emails made because I did not figure out how to do it and the other guy meet such a mistake that I had lots of problems with the other you are else that those were pointing to. . To make a long story short all I wanted you guys to do with create some emails for me and have them work so that I would not have to do it because all the technical stuff that you kept on telling me to do to do I did not understand and it didn't matter to you that I didn't understand you just kept sending the same information to me. Over and over again in the end I just give up. And now I have a URL which I can't even use because I can't associate it or forward to a specific URL that I had created for it, nor can I associate any email addresses with it either so it's they're doing absolutely nothing. You guys are just like trump who doesn't care about anybody or anything. No service is what I get now. I also wanted to add some other email addresses to some of the other URL that I had but you guys didn't help with those either. "

"I was quoted over £4500 from Trademark Direct to register a UK trademark in 4 classes in Singpore and these guys did it for less than £1500.
