"I had a fine time registering domains- I just have a few comments about the interface. Firstly, the entire site has a 90's aesthetic that definitely causes some consumer anxiety (websites are a very modern business- do I really want to give my money to a company that doesn't look like it's state of the art in systems and security?) Secondly, it was a little frustrating that when looking for a specific TLD I couldn't just type it in, and had to search through the charts of them. It definitely slowed me down."
