The masks are *wonderful*. They look high-quality, the texture and colors are rich and luxurious, the satin ribbons are good quality. Packing was done carefully, and when the box was partly crushed in transit, it didn't hurt the contents.
Web site is very festive; easy to navigate, easy to move between sections without forgetting where you were - I changed my mind half a dozen times and no problem changing the contents of my cart or adding a duplicate of one mask. Checkout was painless; prices were GREAT.

Understandable given the amount they process in a given day. The company was quick to find a solution to this problem that was good for both sides. The sizing was a litte wrong so my costume ended up being too short. However, a pair of frilly panties and some leggings fixed that. The costume was soft and warm. I would definatly order again."
