Terrible quality, Terrible Customer Service

"Beware, the actual sizing on the dresses are S, M, & L. I ordered a 2T and received a size S. It was so small for my 21 month old (super tight around her chest) it clearly wasn't sized correctly - she is average sized 50th percentile in height and weight. I expressed to customer service that it was misleading and would not have ordered the 2T if I had known it was the smallest size they offered and would be more appropriate for a 12- 18 month old. I would have ordered the medium since I was sizing up to begin with. I asked for them to send me a shipping label for the exchange, and I said I would of course pay the shipping for the return if the exchanged correctly sized item also didn't fit since it was the size I would have ordered if I had known the true sizing options. I got no response after almost 2 weeks and 5 emails. I finally emailed and said I would pay the return shipping but expected the cost of the exchange to reflect free shipping for having been mislead and for my inconvenience. They responded pretty quickly and said, sorry we don't cover shipping. Didn't even address the issue. So I spent $6 to return the dress (since I didn't trust them I had to pay for tracking) and when I emailed them to let them know USPS had attempted delivery and required pick up of the item by a certain date or it would be sent back to me (at which point I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges), they emailed me right back and said they refunded me for the original price of the dress MINUS SHIPPING!! So I paid $12 in shipping for a dress that was sized incorrectly and was supposed to have been exchanged for no additional shipping cost, and ended up with nothing. Furious! Be careful when you by from this business. Terrible Customer Service! And the quality of the dress was lacking (should have known from the price). It was very rough fabric, but I was willing to exchange and fix it up to be more comfortable for my daughter.
