Their customer service has lately been aggravating to say the least. My search is over. Saw Marine and Reef highly recommended in a few forums so I thought I’d give them a try.
Ordering was quick and easy, shipping was fast and packaging perfect. When I found my item had one part missing and another part of questionable integrity, I feared “that call.”
I called and boy was I surprised! No arguments and the only questions asked were to make certain I received the correct part. When I asked about the part I thought looked suspect, even though the gentleman thought I’d have no problem, he promised a replacement simply because I was nervous about it. Both parts were shipped that day.

Merchandise: Everything was included. I had been waiting for the improved BioCube tank stand for 29/32 gal. It is definitely more durable than the old style. Although I would say that the hardware, screws, magnets etc would probably need better packaging rather than all of them be bunched together in one small box. Maybe like separate little sealed bags for each?
Aside from that, everything else was awesome! Will definitely buy from this website again and hope to get the same experience I did as a first time buyer!"
