However, in this latest purchase/order of 08/15/2012 I hit a problem with the shipment at BONGO - since you despatched my purchase via USPS, I had to provide the duly filled USPS1583 and 2 separate IDs to BONGO on behalf of USPS. This took me sometime as their page for downloading/uploading was not terribly friendly. Inspite of several requests for confirmation of receipt of uploads, uncharacteristicly, it took Bongo some time (only this morning)to reply that my upload was not received. I have only just earlier this morning re-sent the required documents via email to Bongo. I really hope that they can proceed with my shipment soon after that. So as, you can see, my purchased item is still stuck with Bongo.
If my purchase had been despatched via FEDEX or DHL as was the case in the earlier purchase,there would not have such hiccup.
Perhaps, you could consider despatching such orders via couriers in future. Anyway, thanks again.
