"When trying to buy my equipment the person who helped me out was great. Though my part was back-ordered they assured me the manufacturer had it in stock and would ship it to me directly. I did not get my delivery confirmation forwarded to me from the manufacturer, so I could not track when it was sent out and where it was at. When following up with MarineEngine, Andrew and Jay were very helpful and knew this was a concern and helped me track my package. It turned out that my address wasn't input correctly and was delivered to the wrong location. Andrew and Jay still followed up and responded to my voicemails quickly and I eventually found my package.

My only recommendation is if your item is sent directly from the manufacturer and not MarineEngine, I would ensure you get your delivery confirmation sent to you. I would buy future parts from these guys again as I'm sure they would fix any problems."
