"BUYING THE PART WAS EASY, AS ANY ONLINE EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. GETTING IT DELIVERED WAS A PROBLEM. UPON CHECK OUT I ENTERED THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, AND WAS TOLD THAT UPS DIDN'T HAVE THE STREET IN THEIR DATA BASE. I CONFIRMED IT WAS A GOOD ADDRESS AND PURCHASED THE ITEM. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING ME TO VARIFY THE ADDRESS AGAIN, WHICH I DID. WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEM, I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEVER CONFIRMED THE ADDRESS.THEY DIDN'T TRY TO CALL ME DURING THE 10 DAY PERIOD I WAITED. WHY NOT? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT TWO EMAILS WASN'T ENOUGH CONFIRMATION. ONLY AFTER TALKING TO CS LIVE, DID THEY SAY THEY WOULD SHIP IT OUT. NEVER OFFERING EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. IT WAS WAS A NEW PROP WHICH I NEEDED TO RUN MY BOAT AND ORDERED IN AMPLE TIME. POOR SERVICE!"
