"Fast, reasonable price and delivered as promised"

"I placed an order and was charged for it and shipping. I then received a call to tell me they wanted more money because they didn't charge me shipping. I told them they did. They said they wanted more money. I canceled my order. I received a release of my funds a couple days later. And they didn't argue about canceling the order. But their billing is misleading .

In response to the seller's explanation...I selected those trailer parts, and your system (not me) put in the $8.95 shipping. The reason I believe your billing system is misleading is that it does not flag the order prior to the purchase that it will have higher shipping rates. It charged my card and sent me a confirmation of my order. Later on, I received a call that more funds were needed. Your BILLING system should have had that part flagged prior to my purchase. It isn't because I'm stupid, or I can't/didn't read your shipping policies. I read them, and once I put that part in my cart, I fully expected your system to be able to understand what it was sending and apply the correct shipping prior to my accepting the order. No, you guys didn't balk about canceling the order. But I had funds locked on my card for two days until it cleared. Had your system been intelligent enough to differentiate between what products required additional shipping, this comment would have been more positive. My rating is for your billing and not your store.
