"Ordered on Saturday and they were on our doorstep Wednesday morning. In error, hit the "submit" button twice but they called us immediately Monday morning to assure us that they had caught this and were not sending us a double order unless that is what we meant. "I was very pleased with the whole process. I ordered a check valve on line and pushed "buy" before my order was complete. I then ordered one foot of tubing for 79 cents then changed my mind and ordered another foot but forgot to push the update button. So I finished my order only to find the first order was already complete and the second order was complete and the third order was complete and I would have to pay three shipping charges for the first, second and third orders. I immediately phoned the service department and a very nice young man said not to worry, he would put the orders together so I'd only have the one shipping charge.

I was also very impressed by the speed at which I received my order. I placed the order on Wednesday and received the parts on Friday, in time to go to the boat on Saturday and install the parts."
