"Having recently passed both my OUPV and Master's license exams through MLS, my experiences with MLS has been very positive. The system is setup so that you don't just pass an exam, but learn and absorb the materials in order for them to be practical and completely usable. I am now signed up for my advanced endorsements and I am sure they will be thorough. I also appreciate that I was able to take my exams online as I am overseas with the military and because of COVID, I probably would not have made it back to the US to take the exams before my year expired.
