I did like the chat feature but should have called during business hours to talk to a human as we could have worked things out more quickly. I'm taking the course at everyone's recommendation so looking forward to it."

Then the little chat bot weird sailor dude in the bottom right kept ping-ing and popping up on my screen. I kept closing it and it would ping an pop back over and over.
I even engaged with it one time hoping it would stop- I selected the "just browsing" response from their pre determined options and then typed in "please leave me alone and stop pinging". I then closed it once more and ten seconds later... PING "How can we help you?"
