"Horrible ..just Horrible! Bought a boat hatch from these guys. Received in a repackaged box. Hatch looked good but even in box, it wasn't closed. I installed and notice immediately there was a problem. I tried to contact them and could only leave a message or by email. For 1 week went back and forth about all the things I could of done wrong..I even sent pictures! In the end..No offer of compromise ..no return or refund because I installed it. This place is a joke! Will never ever order from them again!!!"

"Terrible experience. I called to verify stock because I needed item right away. Paid for next day shipping and item did not arrive. Called them and they stated inventory was wrong and item would ship from another warehouse that day and would be shipped overnight. Item did not arrive again. After trying to contact them again for three days, they said it was shipped UPS Ground instead of overnight by mistake. I would never deal with them again."

"Terrible. I ordered an expensive hydraulic steering part from these guys. The order went through and the next day I received a notice they were out of stock. I did get a refund immediately, but highly doubt what they advertise as available on their site is truly stocked. Get a decent system that refects your online store with your current inventory. Bad bad bad. Now my money is stuck in paypal limbo because of these dumb nuts."
