"They do not take returns on any electrical part even if it was never installed. If you open the bag then you can't return it, but you can't see the part unless you open the bag. I accidentally ordered the wrong part and it cost me hundreds of dollars.
So if you are a novice mechanic like myself, do not order parts from here. It is not worth the premium if you get the wrong part. Buy aftermarket from somewhere else. "

"I went online and purchased a left front window belt weather strip for my highlander. I set up to be picked up at my preferred Toyota dealer.
Finding the part was relatively simple. The only thing I would change if I could would be the addition of a high resolution photo of each part for ease of identification. That would be a LOT of work though, so I can't really complain."
"Initial reaction to Jacobson Toyota service was positive: found the product I wanted on their website, ordered, paid using 'coupons' for free shipping and cyber monday, got an acknowledgement email from them. Problem solved!
Then I got an email from them saying the order was cancelled. They could not ship 'hazmat' material, transmission fluid. They told me I could re-buy the product online and come get it from their store, but they would not fulfil their commitment and instead just cancelled.
This does not impress me at all. Instead of a solution, I got a new problem. At a guess it cost me an additional $112 to fetch a can of transmission fluid ($16 free shipping, $16 for the 24 mile round trip, $80 for the hour of driving across town and back). I told them to enjoy whatever profit they made from the transaction since it would be the last of my money they would see, that being the head of a large family with many toyota vehicles the long-term loss to them would be substantial, and for them to look for feedback posting these facts on the web. No response.
