"The item received was genuine and in great repair. Tracking information was available, shipping was not free, but reasonable. The website was easy to use. My only issue was that a message came up telling me that I would receive 5% off my order if I closed my purchase in the next 10 minutes. I was done shopping so did. The message said the 5% was applied to my purchase, but it never was. i was billed for the full amount. Those "scams" really bug me. Maybe they only add up to a few dollars off, but it's not appropriate to use false marketing tools! "
