"Horrible! Ordered shoes they didn’t fit return them within the timeframe and got a credit instead of the money back. Had to pay $15 to return them and still got a store credit after falling all the rules. Tried to call and no answer on a Thursday at 4 pm. Very very very disappointing would not order from these guys again!"
"I STILL get compliments on a pair of leather sandals with gold-toned monogrammed pineapples, and I purchased them many years ago. I also purchased a sweatshirt weight tunic length top that is curved at the waist (so that it has a very flattering feminine fit). I ordered that monogrammed as well. I was absolutely amazed that the monogrammed stitching was high-quality, thick and professional, because both of the items were so low cost! They even sent me a cute pineapple shaped/printed draw string pouch for free (that I still use on vacation to put hotel room cards in when I go to the pool).

"Who is running this place? They shipped me someone else’s order. Mine had to be redone and by then not all items were available. I ordered on Nov24 to ensue pre Christmas delivery and had to reach out again to insist on 2 day shipping when it always clear items would not get here in time.
Also won’t do sizing exchanges even if no monogram due to small inventory. No one answers the customer service call line - ever. Recording says no one is available. Someone is in WAY over their heads."
"I ordered a monogram purse over 3 weeks ago and it was just shipped. Website says order ships in 4-6 days why did mine take 3 weeks? I ordered several things for my husband from other websites and they arrived within 2 weeks or less. I find it funny that marleylilly can ship order faster for an additional $10 smh other companies don't try to rip people off like they do. Will never ordered from them again. "
"I have spent $600-$700 in the past month on clothes and accessories from Marleylilly. I contacted customer support as soon as I realized my rewards wasn't signed up like I thought and they would not add my purchases to my rewards. That's very poor customer service after how much I've spent with that company. I will not be purchasing from there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED "

"So I must say I got my order and was so excited as well all know sizing does run different so out of 6 items the Cardigan sweater ran big but was super cute and good quality everything else was perfect and I would have never complained cause I know sizing can be crazy no matter we’re you go every one is built different my order arrived fast and when it ask how I like it I just stated I love everything and that the sweater ran big but I know that for next time cause I’m in love with the cloths but to top it off I got an email back the same day look if you are looking for a company that believes in there product they do it showed in the way they go above and beyond I don’t do online cause everything looks different everything thing I ordered Leopard shorn sleeve to elapsed long sleeve pocket book sweater they ALL look like online thank you marley Lilly I will be so looking forward to my next order in two months yes my new do something for myself site thank brings nothing but a smile when I know the package is coming I wore all my items on a trip to see my boyfriend and every day he would notice the item on me from you all and he would say I love that on you so it’s not just me that loves it so does he and my grown daughters can’t thank you all enough "
"I searched for a pair of toddler size 10 duck boots. I ended up with an adult pair. I reached out to try to exchange them or return them and was told that they were not labeled toddler. I told him I searched toddler and nothing came back saying adult either. Basically they can keep my money as a donation to this horrific “business”. "
"I ordered 2 mystery bundles. The website asks you to put in the initials that you are looking for, which I did, however, that is not what they send you. I received 8 items with completely random initials. An absolute waste of money! I am extremely disappointed in their customer service."
"I ordered an XS on 4 articles of clothing purchased, after reading "slim fit and "true to size" in the descriptions. However, the extra small fits more like a medium to a large. It also took approximately 2 weeks to receive items."

"So I have ordered several things from shorts, shirts, boots, shoes, sweaters and a winter coat I’m in love with all! The only problem I had was the jewelry that I had ordered I ordered a bracelet and necklace and earrings all three of which were very pretty at first glance but the quality was horrible and very cheap. It looked as if I got it from a 25 cent machine. However Marley Lilly responded to my email very respectfully and even though I knew it was nonrefundable they issued a gift card in the amount of what I paid for the jewelry. That is great customer service and a great way to keep your customers happy! I still more than likely won’t wear the jewelry but I am happy with the way they handled it and at least giving me a store credit to get other things. So far I have loved everything with the exception of the jewelry! "
"I ordered on December 11 and paid EXTRA for expedited shipping so that I would receive my items well in advance of Christmas. It took over a week for them to MAIL my purchase and subsequently I am expected to receive my package AT WORK (so no one at home would see them) on CHRISTMAS EVE before 9:30 PM. They used the extra time I paid for to be slack in sending my purchase and now I will not have them in time for Christmas. They are still advertising as of today (12/21) that you can still order and get it in time for Christmas, but they couldn't get my package to me in time despite taking MY extra money to pay to have it expedited. I bought it on 12/11 and they shipped it 12/20. HORRIBLE SERVICE. "
