"When it comes to ordering, shipping and getting the product as described, I had no problems. When it comes to returning something, that's a whole nother story. They completely ignored all phone and email inqueries on two returned items. Their "ticket system" for issues is a joke! They kept putting my ticket status as "ticket resolved" when they never answered or resolved it. They simply ignorned all of my numerous attemps at contacting them to resolve return/credit issues. From reading other reviews, it seems this company has a pattern of not responding when it comes to crediting for returns. I'll never buy from them again! I'm about to file a complaint with the BBB."
"Update4: Last one. Marquel.com apologized to me in the support ticket and sent me a replacement charger. It didn't work either, so I threw it away. I'm done.
Update3: My $12.95 was refunded by my credit card company. No response yet from either BBB or the Texas AG's office. I was a happy customer of Marquel.com for many years and referred many friends to them, but I will never do business with Marquel again. Cellularfactory.com is competative on price and had very good service.
Update2: I have referred this to my credit card company for recovery, I have also filed complaints with the Dallas BBB and the Texas Attorney General Office.
Update: they simply continue to mark my ticket "resolved", and I continue to reopen it. They suck, do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from these people.
I returned a defective car charger to Marquel over 1 month ago. So far they have not replaced the charger or credited my visa. I have made repeated attempts to contact them since that time and so far they have not responded to phone or email. "

"I was concerned about shopping at Marquel.com because of the relatively low rating on this site, and decided to do some research by calling the main number and asking for the customer service department. The person who answered the phone was the store's owner, who was willing to talk to me for about ten minutes. I decided he seemed like an honest business person, and placed an order for a car charger and leather case for a Samsung A670 wireless phone, with USPS shipping. The order was placed on 12/21/2004, and it arrived as promised on 12/27/2004 in good condition. The accessories I ordered were all genuine Samsung-branded items, and that's what I got, in retail packaging. I'm completely satisfied with my order, and glad I didn't pay the inflated prices charged at an electronics chain that's best known for its batteries."

I returned the item promptly for replacement or credit and never got either one. They ignored all attempts to follow up through their website "complaint ticket" system. Two months later, still no success at getting any resolution to this issue."
