"I was rear ended by a driver who lives with a Progressive policy owner on Saturday, after filing an immediate claim it is now Tuesday and Progressive says they will not cover the damages to my car because the policy owner is conveniently claiming that the driver is an exempt driver, even though it was verified that they have lived together over 4 years and are related with the same last name. Driver had an expired term license, was clearly intoxicated, did not have insurance information present on the scene and a policy case number was generated and still Progressive will not handle my repairs due to the lie the policy owner told. Now I am being forced to use my own insurance, pay a deductible and will most likely have my rates increased. This is wrong and I will be taking the policy owner to small claims court, write a detailed horrible review about progressive to the better business bureau. This is not how you treat innocent victims. "
