"DO NOT use mascotcosplay!!! I place an order for rush delivery (3 to 6 days), and when it did not arrive within that timeframe, I tried to contact them. First, they do not have a real phone...they use a google service, so talking to someone is not possible. Next, their live chat feature on their website is nothing but an automated response system that, no matter what you type, responds with asking for your email address so they can contact you.
