"Paid 32.05 for 2 day express USPS on 10/31/2006.
It is now 11/06/2006 and still no product recieved.
Tried to call customer service number and recieved a
"number has been disconnected" message from phone company. Have I been ripped off? "
"i have not received my product but they did receive my payment via credit card. i have been e-mailing and calling them and they just won't reply to either. i'm filing a complaint with the BBB and with the Conneticut authorities right now. "
"I am very unhappy about ordering from this store. I have not been able to inquire about my order because the 800 # and the "international" phone number's mail boxes are completely full. I have been trying to contact this company since 9/14/2006 and have only once spoken to a person who had no clue about my order and promised to have the "owner" call me with a status. I have since been investigating the validity of this company and have not found any business licenses in the state of Connecticut. My credit card has been charged and I have no product. I believe this company to be a fradulent company and I intend to sue or bring criminal charges against it."
