"Master Spa Parts sold me a spa cover almost 2 years ago advertising a 3-year warranty. When the cover started cracking after normal use, MSP began denying warranty service all the way up to the top (president Keith Hueffner). Their reason? It was missing a tag (a violation of federal law)! Despite clear statements on its website that it provides its own warranty, it blamed the manufacturer for refusing to cover the deterioration. The company has spent hours at a greater cost to itself vs. the comparatively low cost of just honoring the "exceptional customer service" it advertises and sending me a replacement skin. This kind of behavior usually indicates ego is involved, because it isn't a good business decision at all. Buyer beware - this company resists warranty issues!"
"I ordered a $80 part for my spa and wound up being the wrong model and when i called to exchange it i was told it would cost almost $40 to do so. Also they do not refund under any circumstances. When transfered to a woman manager she answered the phone with a attitude and I was told that her manager would not be available for at least a week but she didnt know when and whenever he got back she would give him the message. I do no recommend ever buying anything from there!"
