"The web site is hard to follow, the SN's are not tracked to a model to make it easy to order parts without taking the compressor apart, than all you can order is a rebuild gasket kit. The blow up diagram shows all of the parts on the compressor, but 90% of them are not available and the customer service representatives do not know of a direct replacement. This is the first time I have shopped this site and used your service. First Impressions ........."

It's impossible to track a model# by the serial# of the unit, as only the manufacturer will have this proprietary information; they do not provide serial# to model# match database to their customers (which we are), I'm afraid. Also, we offer parts for thousands of models, some are very new and some are very old. For older units, there are simply no replacement parts available. If the manufacturer does not offer parts, there's nothing we can do. We are very knowledgeable when it comes to parts but for some units there simply aren't parts available any longer and since some are specific parts for a model, we can't offer a third party replacement. "the check valve that i bought is different than the one that i took out but according from Granger and the model on your web site this are correct check valve for my compressor (LLA1683066) I just hope that it will work on my Kobalt compressor other than that i was not happy that i couldn't speak with anybody i called at 9:30am and 2:30pm and no answer "

"On-line Order issues required delayed order and assistance. I also noticed pop-up ad for promotiona l25 ft air hose for $.01 However, item came up in cart as % with approx 50% discount with final cost $7.95. What's up with that. I reviewed my order, saw wrong price for hose, then cancelled that item. Then when confirming just gauge and regulator items, I got a pop up there was a problem with my order and would have to wait. That air hose promotion seems sketchy. System didn't seem to like deleting the hose from my cart ? Bottom line - the hose promotion was grossly misrepresented, at the least. I would prefer NO pop-up offers. Just keep your prices down and competitive will bring me back ... not gimmick offers/promotions. Excellent comments from me would be if Master Tool Repair would give me a 25% discount on my existing order for my hassle and loss of time. Ordered 7/26/2017 @9:55 am +/- EST."

"Your shipping rates are totally sky high as was the wheel that I ordered for my compressor. If I didn't need it for a very rarely used piece of equipment I would have junked the item. However, it is just like new and I had no choice."
