"The web site is annoying a keeps bouncing around. The interuptions to complete the forms are irritating. Shipping is unreasonable for the two small parts."

We are playing around with removing the "auto-scroll" function on checkout, which as you mentioned causes the page to "bounce" up and down sometimes. As for shipping, Priority Mail at $7.25 is our standard shipping cost from VA to PA. Unfortunately we don't offer First Class mail as it doesn't have insurance, but that would be a cheaper method.
