"Needed regulator and knob for my Husky compressor. Sent pictures of parts that were needed to customer service. They responded with the parts they said I needed, so I ordered them accordingly. Upon delivery, I received the regulator which was right, and received a screw instead of the knob which wasn't. I emailed pictures again to customer service and the situation... I waited for a reply which never came. I then called them and explained the situation and found out the part I needed wasn't in their system and probably wasn't available any more ... which I would have been OK with if they told me that initially. They wanted to give me credit for the screw which I told them not worth it. Ordering was somewhat easy, but frustrating when I didn't get the parts I needed even after sending pictures. Also when I followed up via email, there was no reply, which again was a bit frustrating; and then finally calling them to get solid answers, which I appreciated. "

"I purchased a part that didn't fit my compressor and needed to return it. They unapologetically charge a 20% "restocking fee" for the return of a brand-new, unused part after several weeks of trying to get them to acknowledge they had received the returned part. In this day and age of Amazon and Walmart returns, charging a restocking fee is absurd. After having to pay for shipping both ways and needing to pay the company to accept their part back into inventory, the customer loses heavily on returns with this company. I won't be shopping here ever again. "
