"I described the area of my limited space and the size of the shelves I needed. I was sent beams that are too large so the shelving does not fit my space. It seems I forgot to ask (or the salesman forgot to inform me) that the uprights themselves take up additional space. Furthermore, the sales people must be on commission quotas as this sale was pressured by misleading delivery times. I was told the delivery would take 3-4 weeks--better buy now. The delivery came in one week and I was not prepared to store them properly until the construction completed. I did blow up at the sales person. Now I need to buy the correct size beams and no one at the company will return my calls. Own up to mistakes and help customers, don't take advantage of them, then ignore them because your feelings are hurt!"
