"Well, the bed order was delayed and then the first time it was to be delivered it didn't come, but i do understand that shippers and delivery personnel have been stressed to the limits the last few months. When I did get in touch with US Mattress they were great about tracking it down and working with me to expedite the delivery. Ariel was very helpful and also is sending me a mattress pad and pillow to compensate for the delays.
