"Shout out to Mattress Firm of the Woodlands Texas! We purchased (2) Twin XL Tempurpedic mattresses and power bases. Next day delivery, on time and as ordered! Friendly and efficient delivery guys.

Had previously ordered and paid for the same from As*ley. After 25 days, 5 delivery attempts, rude delivery guys and never the right combination of mattresses and bases we called Mattress Firm. Everything was in stock and delivery came the day after we purchased.

Now awaiting a credit to our card from As*ley.

"Our experience at the local mattressfirm store was as expected the staff was very knowlegable about their product and very helpful in making our decesion. We are happy with our choice. However the delivery crew were much less than satisfactory. They tried to back their truck into our driveway which has a 9 ft. clearence because of some prized mamosia trees, they backed int the tree and broke off half of the trunk killing half of the tree. They failed to mention this to my wife , who witnessed the whole mishap. When she memtioned it they just shrugged their shoulders as if to say big deal they never said a word when she told them how irrate I would be when I came home. If I HAD BEEN HOME i WOULD HAVE TOLD THEM TO SHOVE THE BEDDING UP THEIR ASS AND TO TAKE IT BACK. Needless to say we and none of our family or friends will be shopping at Mattressfirm in the future"
