"I am so disappointed by Max & Chloe products. I was super excited about receiving this necklace and to my surprise it was so unexpected from what the pictures portrayed. The monogram in size "medium" was no bigger than a quarter. The necklace finally came after a long wait and it had the wrong initials. They insisted that I put the letters wrong, when I provided proof they shut up and changed the order to the correct letters. This order was put in around the beginning of february it was never received till around march. I feel the portrayal of this product online misguides you and makes you believe it is larger than it really is. It does not compare it to anything, even on the mannequin it looks larger. I received this as a gift that I picked out online with my boyfriend. He felt the same way I did when he looked it, just pure disappointment. Best thing is, I tried to give this review on their website and they do not post their negative reviews."

"Max and Chloe is one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item on nov. 26th, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to ship. At 2 1/2 weeks I called to check on it, miraculously they told me it was shipping that day ( lie). When I called back a week later they said it had just shipped. It is now dec. 24th, I still don't have the item and they were willing to do nothing about it, thus I am out $150 and have no present for my best friend."

"I had no issues at all with Max & Chloe. I ordered a necklace on a Saturday and rec'd the product promptly on the following Tuesday. The necklace came in a very classy black pouch instead of just be wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall, I had a great experience. I would order from them again."

"I was eyeing a double ring for a little too long before finally buying as I was hesitant I wouldn't like the look.
I couldn't tell how heavy, or long it would be since I didn't see it in person. Well, I was right that it just wasn't for me. Luckily, by the time I received it, a new similar style which was slightly lighter, thinner, and in my opinion nicer looking came out. Customer service advised that I could simply exchange the ring and if for any reason I wasn't happy with this one, I could return it as well as long as it was within the return period. I received the exchange quicker than I thought and this one is a keeper. Thanks for the prompt shipments both times.

"Wow! I just discovered Max & Chloe from a co-worker. Being a jewelry fanatic, I had no clue about them and love the selection. I purchased two items from designers I wasn't too familiar with, but need to say WOW. They are so pretty in person and wear well. I will be back:)"

"Their customer service isn't a service...it's non-existent. They never sent a shipping conf, so I emailed them. I never got a response back. I later checked the order status online...and my entire order of 13 items had been cancelled, and they never bothered to inform me. And no, there was no coupon abuse or anything like that involved in this purchase. They had a special sale that day where several items were knocked down to $1, and I thought that it was a good opportunity to try a new store and new jewelry brands. After this experience, all I can say is, don't bother with this site if you want good customer service and to actually receive your purchase.
