"Triton capital market is total fraud. Do not invest a single money in their company. I nearly lost a huge amount of my life hard earned money to Capital markets trade they’re a 100% scamming operation! I almost lost $86,690.00 to them in just over a month and it wasn’t from bad trades. My trades were actually showing a profit of just under $10,500.00 USD within a week. They quickly ask for more money to withdraw, but then I realized it was all scam. So I didn’t hesitate to file a refund case against them through the help of the recovery expert and his email is (****@****)"
"I tried to buy thru Amazon however although it said free delivery it wouldn’t go through that way. Amazon gave me sellers number. They call themselves multiple names imperial industrial, Maxtool, Duromax, factory outlet all the same address in Ontario Ca.
Bought two items only one arrived. The implied the other was put in sealed box. When I advised it wasn’t. And no way a 19 lb 15 x5 inch 25 foot cable could they stopped communicating. I repeatedly sent emails multiple times to just refund the money for the cable. Again no response. I had to contact credit card company and federal trade commission. "
"Great customer service, good experience."
"I was looking for a toolbox and found the best price on maxtool.com. I'd never heard of them before but it seemed legit so I placed an order. Maxtool apparently then offloaded my order to someone called "Goodforlifes.com" who then claimed to ship the order from Vietnam (!), something I never agreed to (maxtool is located in my state, they claim they ship promptly, and I expected the item within a couple of days). Goodforlifes gave me a tracking number which the tracking services they suggested had no record of (EMS, 17track). Nor did USPS. After three weeks the item was supposedly delivered (it was not) and, again, no legitimate tracking service has any record of it. Maxtool does not answer their Email and does not provide a contact phone number.
Fortunately I always pay for these things by credit (not debit) card. Initiated a charge back with VISA.
Stay away from this scammer!"
"I have purchased a few items from Maxtool and never ran across an issue. I shop around for the best deals and they have come up several times. When I did order, it was always good shipping times. I wanted to exchange a product for another and return shipping was free even though the reason was me. I must admit the reviews don't tell the whole story and I don't know it but I will definitely be a future repeat customer."
"Great experience. Tools arrived quick and undamaged. Price was lower than home depot. Will be the first store I check when buying tools in the future. "
"I’m still waiting for my tool it was supposed to be delivered today fed ex has not even received the shipment "
"Bought a leaf blower that was $150z it was out of stock so I canceled the order. To my surprise they didn’t refund the sales tax. I asked them to please refund it. They said they only refund the item price and told me to have a good day. "
"I ordered a circular saw from Max Tools a few weeks before the new year. Max Tools sent the saw well within the promised shipping dates via Fed Ex. Unfortunately, the saw was mis-delivered by Fed Ex and took some time to get to me. As I had time pressures with a pending project, I bought a saw from a box store and arranged for the return of the saw I bought from Max Tools. I paid for return shipping- only fair as it wasn't Max Tools fault- and received my full
refund a week later. I plan to shop at Max Tools again."
"Product arrived damaged. Opened a case immediately. After initial case opening, there is absolutely no communication from Max Tool. No response to emails. Phones either don't get answered or you get placed on hold until the system eventually hangs up on you. Do not buy from this vendor."
"Their website www.electricgeneratordepot.com has free shipping for orders of $49 and above, until you try to check out. Then it charges you.
I called the 1-800 number and a "Max Tool" representative answered, because they're all the same company.
I was then told that they have no control over the website, but that they raised the free shipping minimum 2 weeks ago, and can't do anything to help people who are mislead by their website's outdated information."
"just got it have been doing a few tests in my yard.seems to work as told it would in testing...tomarrow should be a good dry day ,going to a local park and give it a real look see"
"I had $3200 in my Grizzly shopping cart and found a jointer at Max Tool that I was looking for so I call and talked to Charles S. for about 20 minutes and he was able to put together a deal with all my tools that saved me $300. All my tools arrived 3 days ago and I am making sawdust today
Thank you Charles and Max Tool

"1 year old generator, 3 year parts warranty. After no more than 20 hours of use the regulator is leaking, manufacturer defect. They are shipping the part (paid for by the manufacturer) but screwing ME with the S&H! They left that little fact out with the sales pitch. How cheap! Should have bought local. After holding for 30 minutes, got a support tech who kept using my first name as if we are buddies . No professionalism! Your customers pay your salary and you have no right addressing them by their first name. "
"Where do you ship from? How soon after the order do you ship the items? Is this item in stock? "1-5 business days" is like getting no information at all. Why do I have to wait until the next day and call on the phone for information when you and I both use your website for efficiency and convenience? If your suppliers gave you a range like that would it work for you? "We can begin building your new warehouse in 1-5 years." Oh, yeah. Go for that deal!"
