"I was frustrated by the lack of communication. After my order was acknowledged by email, I received no addditional communication concerning my order even after two phone calls to customer service. My order arrived very quickly..... to my surprise. The lack of communication concerning the shipping information on an order needs to be addressed. I am happy with the merchandise and quick delivery, but cthe poor ommunication is a major concern. If an order had a shipping problem, I'm couldn't be sure anyone would even acknowledge/respond to inquiries."

I had called three times to make sure before i placed my order, and was told that it was not. I had already been on a waiting list for this item with another company, and cancelled my order because i was told that it was going to be shipped the following day. Now i lost that job where i was supposed to install it because now i am back at the bottom of the waiting list and i am out two and half months for the product. I will never use this company again, and will never refer anyone to your company."
