"Your website kept telling me there was a problem with your server and to press order again. I did, repeatedly; then tried to phone you but kept getting all reps are busy... for about 30 min!!! Then my bank texted me that unusual activity of several charges for the same merchant & amount. YOU HAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! To get rid of them (which I could not do directly with MaxTool because I cannot get ahold of you!!!), the bank said they would cancel the transaction, cancel the card, and send me a new card. Done! Then I went in with another card and made the purchase. I figured out where your bug is: the field for security code entry is extremely light lettering, so each time I tried the first credit card, it said enter your security code, so I did and your bug occurred. When I used the 2nd card, I now knew about the light colored lettering and input the security code on the first try. Your website then worked properly and I got an order# and an email verifying my order. WHEW!!! WHAT A HASSLE!!!!!!!!!! "

"The problem might have been my connection, but it took a while for the website to respond, so I ended up ordering more than 1 of what I wanted and then having to adjust the cart. Not horrible, might have been a problem on my end. It would be nice to see specs without having to put the item into the cart. That would have spared me some of the frustration described above. "
