"I have never had an issue ordering anything online until I ordered from Max Tool. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I work in ecommerce. I had to call four times and speak with four different people; all of them where useless. I felt like they didn't want my business and they where making it as difficult as possible to order anything. I ended up having to order elsewhere because they couldn't verify my order since I was shipping it to my new address three hours away but my billing address was my current home. I am not moving for another month so I didn't want my bill to go to the new address. So far everywhere else I have bought from can ship to my new address just fine. I will never try and do business with Max Tool EVER AGAIN!!!! "
