"My order was delivered in just a couple of days packaged in a good sturdy box. It was a very easy purchase. The ladder platform is how it was described and pictured. I got on it and is very sturdy ( I weigh over 250 pounds ). It is made with Quality in mind. When I looked it over the welding on it is outstanding, the welds are tied in nice and very beautiful. Working on this is like standing on the ground without the thin ladder rungs hurting my feet."

"Delivery was a day later than expected and the box was banged up and had been tape together around the seams. There was also a hole in the box that was taped up. The tapes job looked to be before shipping but fortunately the unit appears to be undamaged. So my question was this actually a new or store return?"

"I took the trimmer out of box ,it had several bad scratches over it. When I started it, it would not keep running and had gas leaking out of it. I tried to adjust the idle but could not fix it. I took it to be repaired by a professional and after $37.00 LATER it works well. This trimmer was never tested !!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM MAX TOOL !!! It was supposed to be a refurbished trimmer !!!
