"I was very disappointed when the iPhone I received yesterday did not work. I ordered a 6 Plus. It initially came on and I was able to do the setup, but then once I plugged it in it began to have issues. It immediately shuts off once disconnected from the charger and doesn't come back on even after hours of charging. The company said that this probably wouldn't have been evident to the technician as it only takes them 15 minutes to inspect a phone...? They did offer a full refund and I will return it.
