My experience with this company was highly disappointing. They had a sale on a product I wanted, so I considered using the business because they at least had a secure (HTTPS) website. After I ordered the product, I received an automated confirmation e-mail, but no information about tracking or shipment updates. After about 8-10 days of waiting and not receiving the package nor any sort of correspondence from the business, I contacted them to follow-up. They do not provide any means to contact them except for an e-mail and an online form. I tried e-mailing them using the e-mail address provided on their website, and it came back undeliverable on two separate occasions. I then used their online form and didn't receive any response for about 2 business days. I then called their merchant management company they advertised using in their Terms of Service, who couldn't provide any information on them except for that I should follow-up with the business again and potentially dispute the transaction if needed. I re-contacted the company again via their online form indicating I still hadn't received any sort of reply or status update on the shipment and to let me know by the end of the following day or I would dispute the charge and file a complaint about the business. Later that evening (next morning for me), I received an automated e-mail notice that my order had been cancelled and refunded. I never requested the order to be cancelled and refunded though so this business took it upon themselves to do this without speaking to me first, nor did they once every correspond with me directly after I contacted them multiple times. I would suggest you be very weary of this company and avoid doing any business with them."
