the worst shopping experience

"I ordered two hose screen from www.maytag.com. An automatic confirmation email was sent to me immediately, without any information relating to the shipping. without any updates after 10 days, I tried to contact the company using online chat. after waited for 15 mins online, the online lady asked me to contact part department using a 800 number. I then called the 800 number. the lady switched me to another number. I was put into the queue for 20 minutes until the line was dropped. When I'm writing this review, it has been 14 days after I placed the order. There is no sign that the pair of the screen will arrive."
