An automatic confirmation email was sent to me immediately, without any information relating to the shipping. without any updates after 10 days, I tried to contact the company using online chat. after waited for 15 mins online, the online lady asked me to contact part department using a 800 number. I then called the 800 number. the lady switched me to another number. I was put into the queue for 20 minutes until the line was dropped. When I'm writing this review, it has been 14 days after I placed the order. There is no sign that the pair of the screen will arrive."
