"Just over a year ago i purchased a: Specialized Allez Elite 2011 bike as an online order. I was absolutely delighted to get the best price i could find anywhere by some margin. The bike has been absolutely fantastic and i consider it serious value for money.

Just shy of having the bike for a year during a cycle i realised the back gears would no longer shift up or down. The front shifter seemed lifeless so i cruised home using the 2 gears at my disposal.

After taking it to the local bike shop they confirmed the front shifter was in fact irreparable. I was concerned this may cost a lot of money to be repaired and contacted McConveys. I dealt with Mike who could not have been more helpful and tuned in. He informed me that i could either get the shifter removed and send it in to be replaced or done at my local bike shop through Soecialized's universal warranty. I opted for the later option and then recieved a full refund for labour at my local shop through McConveys.

Bike fixed, good as new, not a penny spent. Top service highly recommended to all. "
