"Glenn was really helpful in picking out the parts that I'd need to order for my factory hitch receiver replacement. I needed to take advantage of the black Friday deals, and he stepped up and put together a comprehensive parts list I could use quickly, with some time to spare... Very friendly, easy to talk with and reliable. 5-stars all the way. "
"Delivered on time and packaged very nicely."
"The assistance over the phone was great and they helped resolve my problem and even gave me guidance to cancel my order when I seen that I was on a different website than expected and then was understanding and helpful when I found out my local site didn’t carry the product I was looking for and I needed to replace my former order. Was very helpful in making sure I didn’t have a duplicate order. Now I’m just waiting on delivery to get my parts installed. "
"Parts came in quickly, great price and great customer service "
"Salesman was very nice and easy to talk to."
"My upper and lower control arms and lower balls joints got tore up as the were shipped after just pur in a box all together with no protection between parts.
Everything arrived banged up, scratched up and tore up. Shipping was way expensive but no care for the parts."
"Trust these guys they really know what they are doing when it comes to Toyota Parts !!!"
"Your asking bout my experience and I still haven’t even received my parts …. Pretty bad !!!"
"Purchasing 2 Sienna was a good experience. Tyler was very good in this process "
"I ordered it online thru Toyota online direct, choose McGee and I had it then day. Simple and quick process. They were great at the parts counter when I picked it up. "
"Great, parts man suggested I order online and take delivery in dealership. Saved me over $100 . No problems with McGee."
"Prices well below MSRP with reasonable shipping charges. My Local ‘Yota dealership ALWAYS has MSRP pricing so I’m going to consider McGee in the future. Also, shout out to their service dept in helping me get my ‘07 Tacoma to over 350,000 miles."
"I was doing a brake job on my Tundra, and I had priced the pads and rotors in advance. When I went to pick them up at parts, while the people there were extremely friendly and helpful, the price was several hundred dollars higher. They explained to me that this was a Toyota online vs. Toyota dealership pricing issue, and they were powerless to adjust. I didn't push it, because they seemed frustrated by it also. The result was that I wasted my time AND theirs. I drove home, placed the order on my computer, and then had to return the next day for the parts. Doing so saved me close to $300, so it was worth it, but the entire process is extraordinarily silly. I have worked with cars for years, and my son is now employed by a local garage; this is just one of the reasons dealerships get BAD reputations. "
"I recently ordered a couple of accessories for my 2024 Tacoma. I was informed that day it was on ordered. Super fast letting me know. A couple hours after I was told they're on backorder. All on the same say. You can't beat that type of service. Oh. One more thing. I ordered the same stuff at a different dealership and they were $100 more. Really?? "
"I ordered my part online. Good communication from the dealership from the time order was replace until the time the part was received and picked up. Thank you"
