"ordered a book through barnes & nobles because of previous positive experiences with their marketplace (aka their 3rd party, used book store). unfortunately, i am completely turned off after my last purchase with this company.

the book was estimated 2-3 days, however after 10 days i started to get suspicious. there was no phone number through barnes and nobles, and BN claimed to have no involvement about the company or its shipping policies.

after calling today, they would refund the shipping, but who knows when it'll even get here. the tracking number was useless. once it left oregon it was never tracked again.

will not purchase with barnes and nobles "market place" or this company. it was a waste of time and money"

"McKenzie's is one of the few bookstores I've shopped because they beat Amazon pricing! Their used book selection is fantastic. In addition, they offered free shipping (over $25) and I got to use a coupon. I ended up get an amazing deal on the four used books I ordered, at a great savings over if I'd purchased them new or from other venues. They shipped the books out the next day and I received them within the expected time frame. All books arrived as described, in good to excellent condition."
