Frankly the support system established through this group is without a doubt one of the worst I have encountered.. I had tickets sit in limbo for 10-20 days without a single response.. AMAZING...
In specific, they offer a product called "Software Assurance" that in essence assures you that you have access to the latest releases. Well if it quits.. They will attempt to scavanage you for a PAID support incident to investigate the failure to deliver the promised software.
Frankly, when paying for updates, one should NOT need to pay for support to fix failed delivery of said software.. They will first point you to their Value Added Reseller who in turn sends you right back to McKesson.. Rather vicious circle. Take this in with the fact that your logon to their site is direct and states that your support is valid through XX/XX (mine was current)
I spent the better part of my day to finally find someone on either side that would listen long enough to determine that this was not something wrong on our side.
The "Buck stops here" is certainly NOT in their dictionary.. More along the lines of "It aint our problem, you are the guy with the issue"
IF you are in the market for EMR or Medical Billing software, spend up and get with a company that is willing (and happy) to make sure you get issues resolved in a quick, friendly and timely manner.. Not a bunch of support people that have been brainwashed in to "no support contract? no listen"
absolutely absurd to have to waste so much time on such a minor issue as failed access to a set of files..
One star cause zero is not an option.. "
