"Ordered the intake and received it within the time that they stated. When I got it, it didn't fit. Apparently Indian had changed the intake diameter between the 18 and 19 model years and didn't tell anyone. Contacted them and they where awesome!! Sent the backing plate back and they had it fixed to the right diameter and back to me in five days!!! Got it back and put it on and it works like a champ!! Not only does it look great, the speed and great attitude when it came to fixing the problem was just awesome!! Can't say enough good things about the people there at Meancycles. I will absolutely use them again when I can."

"I bought a chin scoop for my Suzuki M109. I had been planning on doing it for a couple years and finally ordered one in May. While chatting back and forth with JC Pomar he said they were having some trouble matching the Sonoma red color of my bike and asked me to send my seat cowl so they could do what ever it is that painters do to match paint. All I can say is the correspondence back and forth and the extra effort JC put into this was more than I expected. I received my color matched scoop and cowl a couple days ago and it was a perfect match. I don't think I could ask for better quality service and communication. I was willing to accept something close in color when JC informed me of the color match issue. His recommendation to send the cowl for color match was a great idea and I appreciate his commitment to getting this done right, not just "close enough". I highly recommend Mean Cycles and thank them for a great job.N"

I cant get this part in Australia & was told I would have to replace the complete part as NO ONE would stock or sell the piece on its own. "I ordered some ape hangers on April 2 guaranteeing they'd be delivered by the 10th. April 7th comes and the item hadn't even been processed. I called to cancel the order on the 7th due to me having to have the parts this week for one of MY customers and knowing that you can get ape hangers ANYWHERE. The guy on the phone looked up my order and told me "You're order has already shipped it will be there Thursday the 10th". I thought oh great! Never mind then. Well Thursday at 5:10 pm came and Lisette called me and told me the order or on back order and I won't get it until April 18th. I was clearly upset with the issue...if I had been told this Monday I would have ordered a set somewhere else and had them. I am unsure of where the confusion was. I canceled the order and the LIsette couldn't have cared less. I ordered a set from another company yesterday and already have the tracking number and the product will be here Monday. I regret ever CHOOSING Mean cycles and will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to any of my customers or friends."

"I had the same problem as below. I ordered my product and it was listed as "in-stock". The represenative claimed to be a supervisor but was completely unprofessional. She relayed to me that the product was out of stock at their distributor overseas and could be weeks before they had the product. Their website claims all products are in stock at their Miami, FL store. I asked to get compensated and she laughed and said what do you want? I asked for a online gift card or a percentage off of the product that I had paid for. She laughed and said "a gift card? I'm sorry but you will have to wait just like everyone else." They have been reported to the BBB. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"

Called and cancel and the rep said that they have to hold the fund as the store credit for the items that they ordered. What the heck.... Never heard such thing... "I had originally ordered a set of handle bar riser extensions from Directline Parts on 6/16/08. Well, they were on back-order and I was told they wouldn't be in until 7/18/08. A whole month away. I canceled the order with Directline and called up MeanCycles. I spoke with Julio who actually walked to the store room and grabbed a set for me. He said that if I made the purchase on-line he would grap the order and ship it out that day. Long story short, I received my parts in less that 36 hours. No special rush shipping or anything. This is my first purchase with this company but it seems they have their act together and follow up on their promises. I would definitely shop with them again."
