"This is a product I should've purchased a long time ago. While I only shuck probably 10 boxes of oysters a year, this shucking bar pops them like a hot knife thru butter. Liquor loss is absolutely minimal, practicaly non existent. You still need a shucking knife (included) to shave the shell from the meat. There's no more slipping, therefore no substantial gloves needed (rubber glove instead, now). Two people can knock out a ton in no time. I LOVE IT !!!"

"AFTER they took my money on October 21 they sent me an email saying they didn't have what I ordered. They said it was on backorder and would be here in November. I wouldn't need it by then but I just threw my hands up..whatever, I didn't feel like fighting about it so I waited...It is now Dec 7 and I still don't have the product nor have I been contacted with any update, apology or refund. Terrible!!! I would give zero stars if I could."
"I specifically called Meat Processing Products to ensure that an item was in stock. The rep put me on hold, then picked me back up and ensured me that they had the item in stock in both of their warehouses and that it would ship in 2-3 days.
After a week of nothing on their end I call again... Oh, that item has been out of stock for a long time! No "We're sorry", nothing. In the meantime they were sitting on my $800 in the hopes the product may be available in another month!!! Sure, why not!?

"I placed an order on December 18th on their website. I received an email on January 1st asking me to confirm that I had received my order. I called today January 6th to confirm that I had NOT received my order and Doug proceeded to tell me that they were off for 6 days during the holiday and that they are closed all week for inventory and my order will not ship out until next week. I asked him why this wasn't told to me when I ordered or why I wasn't emailed to be made aware of this delay. He said that I was being unreasonable, told me that he was canceling my order and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and he told me the same thing and proceeded to hang up on my again. Their customer service was terrible and I would never give my business to a "company" like this."

"I ordered a meat slicing tray in January for my bf for Valentine's. It was on back order and they said next month. This continued each month, I heard nothing and inquired about when it would be in stock and the very rude "Andrea" would say "next month". I finally got fed up and requested a refund on May 13th. They said it'd be 30 days before it was processed. I emailed the manager "Renee" on May 27th and was told that said it would be sent out at the end of the week. Here it is June 17th and I've yet to receive my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!"
"We ordered a fire pit from this company and waited patiently for two weeks for it to arrive, only to be told they didn't even have the product in stock, and that it would take another month for them to get it from the manufacturer. I think it borders on fraud to sell something you don’t have in stock (should be indicated as "out of stock/on backorder" on their website/online store), and then to take two weeks to tell the purchaser you never had it in the first place and won’t have it for yet another month. We obviously won’t be doing business with this (mere drop-ship) company again."
