"After placing my order I received an email my item would ship in 2-3 days or 14 days for specialty items but I’d be notified. After 18 days of no contact including no responses to 2 emails I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. I have now received a shipping notification however the item has yet to actually ship. I’m hopeful I’ll eventually get the small non specialty item I ordered and can close the fraud claim. "

"Placed order and received order confirmation and credit card charge notice from my bank. I was to receive a second notice once my order was being processed and a third once it shipped. After a few days, I left an email inquiry about my order status. After a week with no reply and no 2nd email, I called. The first time, no one in parts answered. The next day, I got someone who was very nice and explained there were illnesses in the department and my order had not even been processed yet. She said she’d try to get to it that day. They did process it the next day. It will take about a week from then to get it to me. I understand illnesses, but they need some kind of backup system so customers are informed and orders don’t go int a black hole. "
