"Ordered a wonderful custom OD Tactical Softshell Jacket(Army-J76L). It was on B/O for a month. When I received it I was VERY displeased! The jacket quality was fine BUT #1-it was made in China.#2 The sleeve length for a normal LARGE size was 4inches longer than my fingertips.#3-The collar which contains a hood is so large that it will not lay flat and obstructs both emblems on either side of jacket. There are no "stays" to keep the collar down so the unit emblems are visable. The picture on-line is very deceiving.#4-the emblems are not really on the chest but at the base of your shoulder thus not clearly visable unless jacket is zipped all the way to throat.
#5-The emblem stitching is terrible!~ Missing threads, loose stitching,multiple colors, gaps..just plain poor qualty for over $150.
The embroderiery was fine(25 letters at base of emblem)
#6- I called and emailed Customer Service and not 1 response from them(MIchelle).

They say they garuntee their products but I havenot heard nor will they respond to my calls/emails.

Save your money! Buy from Combat Casuals for a qualty product. These people are a rip-off!

Addendum: 01/27/13- A refund for the lousy stitching and embrodery was made of $35. The jacket is a fine jacket in spite of the above. MoA finally responded and did refund a part of the price.
