"If you are 100% sure of your oder then this company delivers on the front end. However, website descriptions are criptic so read it very carefully. Also, the price is not displaced once you start the process aka there is no confirmation at the end. The delivery proces is smooth and fast as it is Fed ex. The return process is a nightmare. They don not answer the 800 number as I called 3 times in normal business hrs. And they did not reply to email. I got a survey to rate them thought which even a negative review did not get me a call back. I finally got someone in the a local store to transfer me and then was given another email to do the return. You will pay a 20% restocking fee and cost of return shipping which is very high if your item is heavy. I could actually live with that if they had good service. The terms and conditions should be more prominently displayed "
"I ordered a shower chair that was advertised as coming in a deep blue color. A pale gray chair arrived. Took me days to get a RMA from them in order to process the return (the RMA is required accd to the company 's returns policy, They emailed me a mailing label several days later and I took the package to UPS months ago. "Purchased a lift chair from the DiscountLiftChair.com division. They sent the wrong color of chair and the delivery service refused to deliver inside my home even though I paid extra for inside delivery. Now, almost a month after the wrong chair arrived and I'm still waiting on a refund. Stay away from these people!
Update: 1/20/15- Their employee 'Mark' has posted on my account information that are outright lies about my order. I have submitted a BBB complaint. Fortunately, I have exhaustive documentation about the problems and security camera video of the delivery driver dumping the chair on my driveway.
Update: 1/21/15- Received a phone call from their manager of internet business. She admitted to the lies and cleared my account. It's sad that they would employ a dishonest person like 'Mark'. I have learned that he has transferred to a different store. While in the end the transaction was cancelled, I had to spend a LOT of time collecting data (pictures, video, web-page printouts) and documenting their dishonest tactics. "

"Per out of eBay email and phone contact from Mark Beatty, seller does not have this wheelchair in stock and it is on back order. They provided us with no invoice/order# as other reviews stated here. The listing does not say anything about ordering from the manufacturer. In fact the listing said delivery as early as 2/13/14 (today). I called the manufacturer, Invacare, they explicitly told us the problem is with their contractual relationship with the seller, themedicaldpartmentstore (The Medical Department Store). This indicates the seller lied to us on the phone. This order needs to be canceled and refunded ASAP. eBay needs to be aware of the unscrupulous practices by this seller. I became disabled the day I ordered this wheelchair and I depended on this order. Very disappointing"

"I ordered a CPAP machine from them over the phone. I was not given an order number and when I asked if I was going to receive a receipt, I was asked for my email. I never received an email, and I was overcharged for the unit. When I called they said they could fax me a receipt, but it would not show the corrected price. They never faxed it. I need some kind of statement to file with my insurance. When I called back I spoke to Mark who was more than happy to get into an argument with me and in the end he cancelled the order in frustration. I was not going to accept not receiving proper paperwork or receipt for purchase. I would recommend looking elsewhere as these guys do not have it together. "

"Medical Department Store (also known as Wound Supply Online or the Wound Care Store) made a timely shipment of my order; however, I was missing 6 items. The shipping receipt stated the missing items were included in the order, but they were not. Mark with their customer service did not return my first phone call inquiry. One week later when I tried calling again, Mark was not helpful. He stated that the products came from a third party and he could only put in a tracking order. The tracking order could take up to 2 weeks to resolve. This was not acceptable to me. I needed the products that I had already paid for. Mark stated he could not call the third party company, Independence Medical, but did everything online. He could not provide me with a contact at Independence Medical beside their main customer service line. After calling Independence Medical and explaining the situation, they tried to help me, but were unable since my name was not in their system. Independence Medical called Mark back for me and told me that Mark had resolved the issue. I called Mark back and all he could tell me was that the packages were delivered. I AGAIN explained to him that delivery was not the problem, I was missing 6 items. He said he would call Independence Medical back and call me back shortly. I did not receive a call back from Mark. I called Mark back the next day to check on my missing items. He stated he was too busy to call me back, but it would take 2 weeks for Independence Medical to track the items. He would not ship me the missing items. His manager, Dawn, was not willing to help me either. They stated certain procedures were in place and could do nothing to help the customer. However, Independence Medical had been more than willing to help me, if I had been in their system.
The customer service at this company is uncooperative, does not return the customer’s calls, and is unwilling to do any extra steps to correct their problems. I have already been charged for items not received and I need my items immediately. I received no promises, despite requesting, for updates on my order.
