"I'm also experiencing the same situation. Ordered a shield on 3/9/12, they got the credit card authorization and then never charged my card nor have they shipped it. I spoke with my bank and they told me that the credit authorization is legit for 6 months. So I ended up ordering a different shield from a different site,(got the shield right away) but now I have to be mindful that anyday (for the next 6 months)my account can be charged for the shield I ordered. Also,e-mailed and got that answering machine, no reponse."

This site is a SCAM. They took my money for an order, and never shipped it, never updated me as to why after a whole MONTH it didn't ship, (not to mention their shipping prices are ridiculous) I left 18 telephone messages on their "hotline" which is nothing more than an answering machine, and sent them 5 emails.

They NEVER answer any of the requests for information you give them. The ONLY way I was able to get in touch with them was because I consulted my attorney and he advised me to threaten them with declaring fraud with the issuing bank of my credit card, and contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a formal complaint.

As soon as I emailed them with these threats they IMMEDIATELY answered me, insulting me, telling me all sorts of lies about how they had sent me updates and that my order wouldnt be arriving until late MAY, that's right - MAY that means 5 months for one order.

As soon as they saw that I was willing to go the appropriate authorities, they immediately cancelled my order and returned my funds and financial obligation. Subsequently, they CALLED me, amazing I know, and you know what they had to say? Some guy called "Stephen" which, wouldn't you know it, is the same name authoring the only positive review of this "business", started to insult me over the phone to which I promptly responded to him not letting him talk that they had failed as a business, had no reason to contact me and that if they continued to do so, that I would file suit for harassment as I never consented to giving my personal phone number especially for being insulted.

And the cherry on the cake? In their last email to me they threatened to sue me for SLANDER...LOL, yeah you read that right - SLANDER - if I posted a negative review online of their total FAILBOMB of a "business".

So yeah. They take your money, ignore you, take 4-6 months to deliver (if they deliver) your order, and if you try and get anything resembling customer service they threaten to sue you to try to intimidate you into not leaving a bad review online.

AVOID THIS SCAM SITE. THEY ARE A SCAM SCAM SCAM.

If anyone wants they can ask for proof, as per my attorney's instructions, I saved every single last shred of evidence of their horrendous actions as well as recorded the phone call where they started to insult me.

If there was any way to give this scam business 0 stars out of 5, I would. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
