"I ordered a couch last year from Stem and at first i ran into one issue after another. First the fabric I chose was not available - they said it would take an extra 3 weeks so I decided to wait it out. Three weeks later I touched base with them and the fabric still hadn’t arrived they suggested choosing a new fabric. So they sent me swatches however it took over two weeks to arrive. Finally chose a new fabric and few weeks later I received the couch! When it arrived there was a tear on the lower right hand corner. So I contacted them and were apologetic. They contacted a local upholsterer and after a few more phone calls and a few more weeks they came to pick up the couch and repaired it within a few days. They delivered the couch and all was well at that point. The whole process took almost 5 months. The couch itself is great, i love that i was able to customize it and love the fabric I chose. The reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the customer service I received. I complained about the delay and just the overall time it took me to have to continuously follow up and then all the issues experienced during the process. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and credited a big portion of what I paid. They really wanted to make things right and for that I really appreciate them! So much so that I’m on the hunt for another sofa for our sunroom and I will be ordering from them again. Thanks for the great customer service Stem!! "
